Cheeky Winx is based in Brisbane, Australia which is where we pack, personalise and ship all your orders from.
2. What are your delivery times?
- Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days, while personalised orders may take up to 5 business days to dispatch.
- Shipping times may vary depending on your location. For orders within Australia, delivery estimates are generally 3-5 business days as we use Australia post.
- We also ship worldwide using international carriers.
3. What gym towel size should I choose?
We offer two sizes for our gym towels,
- 90x50cm: The smaller size is ideal for cardio workouts, group fitness classes and pilates.
- 120x60cm: The larger size was specifically designed to cover benches and gym equipment during weightlifting exercises.
- 130x60cm:Hooded Gym towel designed to stay put on gym equipment by simply placing the hood over the bench ensuring the towel doesn't slide down.
- However either size can be used for any workout or activity based on your personal preference.
4. What beach towel size is best?
We offer two sizes for our beach towels,
- 180x90cm: This is our adult beach towel size which was designed to be longer and wider than your average beach towel. That way when your at the beach or the park you can lay on a towel long enough and wide enough to fit you!
- 140x70cm: This is our children's beach towel size however can also be used for the adults if your after something smaller then our adults sized beach towel.
5. Do the towels have carry bags?
- Yes, all our gym and beach towels come with a matching carry bag pouch that you can use to store your phone, keys, or other small essentials.
6. Can I personalise my towel?
- Absolutely! We offer the option to personalise your gym or beach towel with up to 10 letters and numbers using our in-house embroidery machines.
- You can choose from the thread colours black, white, blue, and pink.
7. Which thread colours suit best?
- On each of the product pages, we've listed the thread colours that best compliment each towel design. However, if you're unsure, feel free to let us pick the best thread colour for you. Just write us a note during checkout!
