Our warehouse is based in Brisbane, Australia.

Allow 1-3 business days for processing of your order prior to dispatch. When personalisation is selected please allow up to 5 business days for processing of your order. However during busy sale periods there may be a further delay in processing.

If an item in your order is on pre-order, all items will be dispatched together. Please note that the standard processing time and personalisation time still apply for all pre ordered items upon arrival.

When your order has been placed a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address and another email will be sent with the tracking number once the order is processed.

If you did not receive a confirmation email or a shipping notification, please email us at hello@cheekywinx.com.au. Please note, sometimes emailing systems can trick us and our emails may be hiding in your junk folder!

Yes, we ship worldwide using an international delivery service.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location. For orders within Australia, delivery estimates are generally 3-5 business days.

For New Zealand, it may take 5-20 business days, and for USA, Western Europe, Asia, and the Pacific, it may take 6-20 business days.

The rest of the world may take 10-20 business days for delivery.

Please note that unforeseen circumstances, weather events, strikes, rural areas may cause delays.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a delivery estimate and a tracking link.

If you don't receive the email or have trouble locating it, please check your junk folder. If you still can't find it, contact us at hello@cheekywinx.com.au for assistance.

For non-monogrammed items, we offer exchanges or credit notes within 14 days of the original purchase date. The item must be in original condition, unused, with all original attachments, labels, and tags intact for the return to be accepted. Please note that return shipping costs need to be covered by the customer, except in cases where the item is confirmed to be faulty by our team.

Please note that discounted items due to minor printing errors or other minor defects are sold as-is and cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged. We ask that customers thoroughly review the product description before making a purchase. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us before placing your order.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on monogrammed items. Cheeky Winx prides itself on providing products to our customers that are of the highest standard. We employ a very strict quality control process to ensure we are confident in the items dispatched. However, if you receive an item with a fault or incorrect monogramming, please notify us within 14 days of delivery, providing a detailed description and pictures as proof, via email to hello@cheekywinx.com.au. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

All pricing will be in Australian Dollars (AUD) or the currency of the country you are purchasing from.

There will be no custom duties or taxes within Australia, NZ or America.

Our gym towels are made from microfibre suede, which is a high-quality blend of polyester and polyamide. The fabric feels soft to touch and is incredibly lightweight, making it perfect for your gym sessions.

Although some people can find the feeling of the microfibre fabric different to what you might normally use if you've only ever used cotton, but trust us it's game changing. 

Absolutely! Our microfibre towels are highly absorbent and can absorb up to 4 times their weight, keeping you clean and dry during your workout.

We offer three different sizes for our gym towels: 90x50cm and 120x60cm. The regular size is ideal for cardio workouts or any activity based on personal preference. The large size was specifically designed to cover benches and gym equipment during weightlifting exercises. The third is our largest found under our hooded gym towel section and is 135x70cm. It is designed to stay put on gym equipment by simply placing the hood over the bench ensuring your towel doesn't slide down.

Yes, all our gym towels come with a matching carry bag pouch that you can use to store your phone, keys, or other small essentials while at the gym.

Absolutely! We offer the option to personalise your gym towel with up to 10 letters and numbers using our in-house embroidery machines. You can choose from thread colours such as black, white, blue, and pink.

Unfortunately we are unable to do emojis however if you need something custom done please send us a message and we may be able to help however charges apply.

On our product pages, we've listed the thread colours that best complement each towel design. However, if you're unsure, feel free to let us pick the best thread colour for you. Just write us a note during checkout.

There may be some cases where we change the location of the personalisation to another corner to help make the colour thread pop if the colour selected clashes with the background. 

The embroidery will be placed at the bottom of the towel, on the right-hand side of the funky (main print) side. If you prefer it on the other side, simply leave a note during checkout, and we'll accommodate your request.

The personalisation will be done on the bottom right hand corner on the funky side of the towel. If you need help selecting a thread colour please leave a note or reach out and we can help!

There may be some cases where we change the location to another corner to help make the colour thread pop if the colour selected clashes with the background. 

To maintain the quality of your gym towel, we recommend washing it separately in a cold machine wash and hanging it out to dry. Avoid using fabric softener, as it can reduce the towel's absorbency over time.

We offer one size fits most, which is suitable for sizes 37 to 44 EU.

Our grip socks are crafted from premium combed cotton, which is known for its breathability and comfort. The fabric composition includes 80% Combed Cotton, 17% Nylon, and 3% Spandex, ensuring a superior fit and durability.

Our grip socks feature a special grippy sole that extends from the heel to the toe, offering excellent traction and grip on various surfaces. This design provides the stability and support you need during workouts, helping you maintain control and balance during tricky poses and exercises.

Our grip socks are versatile and suitable for various activities, including Pilates, Barre, Yoga, Reformer workouts, running, playing sports and weightlifting at the gym. They are also beneficial for the elderly, helping to prevent slips and falls.

Unlike many other grip sock brands, our socks feature a unique grippy sole that extends from the heel to the toe, providing unparalleled stability and control. Additionally, our socks are made from premium combed cotton, ensuring exceptional comfort and breathability.

For washing, we recommend either hand or machine cold wash. It's best to wash the socks inside out to maintain their quality. Avoid using bleach and tumble drying to prolong the lifespan of the grip socks.

Our beach towels are made from microfibre waffle fabric, which is soft, plush, and luxurious. The material is sand free, light weight, compact, highly absorbent and quick-drying, making it perfect for beach outings and water-related activities

We offer two sizes for our beach towels:

• 180x90cm, which was designed to be larger than your average beach towel that way when your at the beach or the park you can lay on a towel long enough and wide enough to fit you!
• 140x70cm which are our children's beach towel size.

Yes, our beach towels are designed to be lightweight and compact, making them ideal for travel. They fold up to less than half the size of a traditional cotton towel therefore take up minimal space in your luggage or beach bag!
