We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We may update these terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them before using the website.
Ordering and Age Limit
By using this website and placing an order, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or country of residence. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
Products and Services
Cheeky Winx reserves the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice. All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee stock levels at the time of checkout.
If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you and offer a refund or alternative.
Due to the nature of manufacturing, product dimensions may vary by up to 5%. Colours may also vary depending on your screen or device. While we aim to display products as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee exact colour matching.
Order Changes
Orders cannot be changed once placed. We may assist with changes if the order has not yet been processed, however this is not guaranteed.
Processing, Shipping and Delivery
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email, followed by a tracking email once dispatched.
Please allow 1–3 business days for processing prior to dispatch. Personalised items may require an additional 5 business days. Processing times may increase during sale periods and holidays.
If your order includes a pre-order item, all items will be shipped together once available.
If you do not receive a confirmation or tracking email, please check your junk folder or contact us at hello@cheekywinx.com.au.
All prices are displayed in your local currency where available. Final charges may vary depending on exchange rates and your payment provider.
Cheeky Winx is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, unpaid duties/taxes, or unclaimed parcels. If an item is returned to us, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
We are also not responsible for loss, theft, or damage once an item has been delivered.
Our warehouse is located in Brisbane, Australia, and shipping times may vary depending on your location.
Cheeky Winx is not responsible for duties or taxes imposed by your country. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns
We offer exchanges or store credit on non-monogrammed items within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in original condition with all packaging and tags.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed faulty.
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on personalised items.
If you receive a faulty item or incorrect personalisation, please contact us within 14 days with photos and details. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
If a refund is approved, please allow 5–7 business days for funds to appear in your account.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Change of Mind Policy
All orders are final once placed. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may offer a store credit at our discretion.
Promotions and Discounts
Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added after purchase. Only one discount code can be used per order unless otherwise stated.
Where promotions include free items, the lowest-value item will be discounted.
User Content
Any content submitted to Cheeky Winx may be used for marketing and promotional purposes without compensation.
