Returns
We offer exchanges or credit notes on non-monogrammed items within 14 days of the original purchase date. The item must be in original condition, unused with all original attachments, labels and tags intact otherwise it cannot be returned. Email us at hello@cheekywinx.com.au and we will let you know the next steps.
Please note all return shipping costs need to be covered by the customer when an exchange has been requested except in cases where the item is confirmed to be faulty by our team.
We do not offer an exchange or refund on any monogrammed item. Cheeky Winx prides itself on providing products to our customers that are of the highest standard. We employ a very strict quality control process to ensure we are confident in the items dispatched.
In the event you receive an item from us which you believe is faulty or if you have received incorrect monogramming on your item. Please notify us of a fault within 14 days of delivery by providing a detailed description of the fault, along with pictures as proof via email to hello@cheekywinx.com.au where we endeavour to respond within 48 hours to reach a satisfactory resolve and assist with your returns process. If a refund is requested once we receive your item, you will receive a full refund where it may take 5 -7 days for your funds to appear in your account.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
